 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Heads up: they require you to book at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, I only found out about this when no one showed up at the meeting spot.

I don't normally post reviews like this, but I looked back through the website and there is nowhere that mentions this requirement. The website even lets the booking go through within 24 hours.

I hope this helps prevent others from going through the same unfortunate experience as me. Kind of ruined my day trip out to Cambridge from London.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and got to see cows and have a tea in an orchard. This tour was also a great value!! With the tour guide it was cheaper than renting bikes some places in Cambridge. The only downside was the meeting spot for the tour was a little funky, but once our guide found us it was smooth sailing. Overall great experience
